Depression is more than just a sad feeling or managing lifes rough patches without enthusiasm.  It can affect day-to-day life for weeks or more. Changes in sleep, loss of energy, hopelessness, thoughts of guilt and loneliness, and even physical aches and pains.  This can be a genetic disorder, brought on by trauma, brain changes, or life circumstances. In this session, we are opening up the conversation about Depression, discussing symptoms, and causes, and sharing resources about how to get help.
